- Hours of work range from a minimum of 3 hours to 8 or 12 hour shifts, 24
hours a day, 7 days a week, according to availability.
- Staff assignments include the following:
- Floor duty in nursing homes.
- Staff relief in group homes and apartments for the disabled.
- Outreach bookings with the disabled in the community.

EMPLOYMENT INFORMATION:
- Office Hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
- Outside of office hours, we have on-call co-ordinators to respond to calls.
- We do not call our staff between 12 midnight and 5am, and ask that our staff
and clients do not call between those hours - unless its an emergency.
- All scheduling is done through the office, and there are no reports to fill in.

NOTE: Assignments and hours are recorded on our schedules
and verified with clients weekly. These schedules are used for payroll
and invoicing. |
- We place authority and control over workplace risks in the hands of those of you
that are in the setting.

- Proper foot wear is to be worn at all times (rubber soled, closed toed).
- Name tags provided are worn when on-duty.
- Pay day is every 2nd Wednesday.
- The pay period includes two weeks, from a Saturday Day shift to the Friday night
shift immediately preceding pay day.
- Pay cheques can be picked up, mailed, or directly deposited.
